This Privacy Policy applies to the Wardling™ mobile application ("Application"), operated by Colorwise.me ("we", "us", "Service Provider"). Wardling™ is an AI-powered styling application that analyzes user-provided content and generates personalized fashion insights.

We collect data directly from you when you create an account, complete styling questionnaires, upload photos, contact support, or purchase a subscription. We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically through your device, the Application, and the third-party services we use to operate the Application.

1. Data We Collect and How We Collect It

Required account information (collected when you create or update your account and required to use the Application):

Email address
Birth Year (to verify age eligibility)
Gender (self-declared)

We collect Birth Year to verify that you meet our minimum age requirement of 16 and to calibrate age-appropriate styling recommendations. Gender and age are used solely to personalize AI-generated styling suggestions and improve output relevance. These attributes are not used for advertising targeting unrelated to the service.

Styling Inputs (Text-Based):

When you complete styling questionnaires or profile forms, we collect:

Height range
Clothing size selections (e.g., Top Size, Pant Size)
Fit issues and preferences (e.g., specific fit challenges)

Note: Body shape analysis is derived strictly from these manual text inputs, not from uploaded images.

User Content (Images):

Photos uploaded by you (e.g., selfies, flat-lays, mannequin shots)

We collect these images only when you choose to upload them from your device or create content in the Application.

Note: Images are analyzed to identify garment characteristics and generate styling results. They are not used to derive body measurements or biometric identifiers.

Automatically collected information (collected automatically from your device, the Application, and service provider SDKs):

Device type and operating system
Internet Protocol (IP) address
App usage data, crash logs, and diagnostic data
Subscription status information

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Create and manage your account and authenticate you
Provide AI-based styling analysis and generate personalized outfit suggestions
Securely send uploaded images and related inputs to our cloud infrastructure and AI providers so your requested results can be generated
Store your content and return your results inside the Application
Improve app functionality, reliability, and performance
Provide customer support and respond to your requests
Manage subscriptions, purchases, and billing
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations

3. Artificial Intelligence and Styling Processing

Wardling uses a combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and rule-based logic to analyze fashion aesthetics and user data. When you choose to upload a photo or request an AI-generated result, the Application securely transmits the content you selected to our cloud infrastructure and third-party AI providers for processing. It is important to understand how this works:

User permission before sending data:

The Application asks for your permission before accessing your camera or photo library, as required by your device.
Your images and related inputs are sent for processing only after you choose to upload, analyze, or submit them.
If you do not want data sent to our cloud or AI providers, do not upload images or request AI analysis.

A. Garment Analysis (Images)

When you upload photos (including selfies, flat-lays, or mannequin images), our AI analyzes the garments depicted. It identifies attributes such as color palettes, fabric textures, patterns, and clothing categories.

B. Body Shape Prediction (Text-Based Rules)

Our system predicts body shape and suggests styling goals based on a set of logic rules applied to the text data you manually provide. This includes your self-declared height, clothing sizes (tops/bottoms), and specific fit issues or preferences.

C. What We Do NOT Do:

No Biometric Scanning: We do not use computer vision or AI to extract body measurements, facial geometry, anthropometric data, or biometric identifiers from your photos.
No Facial Recognition: We do not scan faces for identification purposes.
No AI Model Training: We do not use your uploaded images or styling inputs to train our own AI models, and we require our AI providers to process submitted content only to deliver the requested service, not to train their AI models.

4. External Service Providers

We share data only as needed to operate the Application and deliver the features you request. Depending on your use of the Application, data may be sent to the following categories of third-party service providers:

Google Play Services and Apple platform services, where applicable
Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics) for sign-in, analytics, and diagnostic data
RevenueCat (subscription management) for purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement status
Cloud hosting, storage, and AI service providers, including providers operating on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for secure storage, delivery, image analysis, and generation of styling results based on the content you submit

We limit the data shared with each provider to what is reasonably necessary for that provider's function. We require third parties that process data on our behalf to provide privacy and security protections that are the same as or equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Content Storage and Deletion

Uploaded content is processed to provide styling insights. You retain full ownership of your content.

Deletion Rights: You may request the deletion of any content you have uploaded (including photos, styling preferences, and account data) at any time via the Application settings or by contacting support.
Retention: Upon a deletion request, we will remove your content from our active systems promptly, subject to standard backup retention cycles.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EEA, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data. To exercise these rights, contact: support@colorwise.me.

7. Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit, secure transmission to cloud and AI providers, and access controls. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Age Restrictions

Wardling is not available to individuals under 16 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
